After you have viewed and selected one of our properties, you can apply to rent it. Our application process consists of filling out a one-page application form, providing some documenting information, and paying a non-refundable $20 processing fee. Written proof of income and social security number, and picture identification for all persons over 18 years of age must accompany each application before it can be processed.

All required information must be provided before an applicatin can be processed, and no deposits are accepted until the approval process is done. This process normally takes 24 to 48 hours. An application form can be downloaded and printed out, a copy can be faxed, or you can pick up one at our office. We are not able to reserve any of our properties until the application process is complete, the doposit paid, and the written lease agreement signed.
